Open Question: I have been sent porn on a new cell phone.What can I do?

I've had two new cell phone lines and on one, a person speaks Spanish to be via text,Translated, messages go as such(I grew up in a 100% all Spanish home):"I collect used mens socks,I'll buy one off of you for 20 bucks""Haven't you got anything better to do?""Don't get all emotional, I just have a fetish with men's feet""I am not a man, and you have the wrong number."-------------------------------------------------------------------------My boyfriend is also getting all these messages from some gay online club.They call and ask him sexual things and say they're looking for "some cute nigga" or some "tea",We've tried explaining to them that the number does not belong to the previous owner.They appear to be sent from an AIM account.I told the person, go to your buddy list and delete the number associated from the account.When a person cancels their phone, it doesn't change it FOR you.You have the wrong number.He just kept telling me that the jig was up and he knew I was just kidding and was, in reality, his friend.He then texted that same number saying something like "hey man that fucker is still saying this isn't his number".These people can't be reasoned with.I imagine they are high 90% of the time.This morning my boyfriend got a text in Spanish.It said "Don't get emotional",It was a gif of a man, completely naked, jumping around trying to be sexy.Is there anything we can do about these people?They have repeatedly texted and texted and texted and are now sending porn.All these people have the WRONG number and don't understand when I explain it to them.They do speak English and I have told them in English but they don't understand it,SOMEHOW.They refuse to stop sending me texts and tell me to stop kidding around already.What can I do?I will not tolerate getting porn on a phone just because they don't understand "This is a new number.Who ever it belonged to before has CHANGED their number.Do not call or text this number.I am not your friend.I am just a new ATT customer".
