Open Question: Did my friend hit on me? and does he have a fetish?

Last Night I was at my friends house and we went to his room,I was wearing flip flops all day and my feet got really dirty...well,i was laying down on this room couch with my feet up and I can swear that he in a non obvious way walked near them and his penis [through his pants] touched my feet several times...later on he said "your feet are dirty,im going to have to lick them clean for you" I laughed,but didn't know if he was serious...does he have a fetish or does he like me? Im not turned off by feet..infact I've been strangely complimented many times about my feet,mostly by dudes...i guess i am open to letting him lick my feet and possibly involve more.
