Open Question: What is this called?

Ok, there is this girl I work with and know away from work as well. Well I've chilled with her a couple of times and I notice that she has a weird way to find pleasure. I don't like killing or seeing death for no aparant reason so I don't agree with this. But she enjoys torturing bugs with her feet. She either likes hearing them crush under her shoes or she enjoys hearing them crunch and wiggle under her toes while she is barefoot. One time she stepped on a ladybug barefoot and it wasn't killed but was hurt and all she did was grab the ladybug between her toes, played with it for a minute and then squeezed her toes together tightly and crushed the lady bug into a very sad death. What is wrong with her? What is this type of behavior called. I really like chilling with her and talking to her, but I find that kind of cruel. I happen to even have a bit of a foot fetish and that doesn't seem that erotic still.
