Open Question: Do you think she's interested? I feel like she thinks I'm annoying but she says I'm not?

So, this girl gave me her number. I texted her, said she was cute, and she agreed. She mentioned being single (which I never even asked about, so I assume she's interested). She asked the "farthest" I've went with a girl, and when I said I haven't done anything, she said we could "try" some things. I even told her about my foot fetish, and she sent me a picture of her feet. But whenever I say we should hang out, even though she says yes, the day it's supposed to happen, she says she can't, and says her parents are strict so it's hard to (which I believe since the first night we met, she couldn't stay, so she left a note for me, which is how I got her number). But still, I kind of feel like she's not interested. The other night we started talking super dirty, which made me think she's interested again, because I'm sure a girl wouldn't talk dirty to a guy she didn't want. Plus, I even asked her if she thought I was being annoying, and she said "no you're fine ". The only thing that kind of bothers me is that she never really texts me first and her texts are usually short, but she always puts smilies, and still replies. I told her I felt like she doesn't even want to talk to me, but she denied it and said "I always want to talk :c" so I guess she's just busy, which is understandable since she's still in school, and constantly switches houses. So, do you think she's interested, and I'm overthinking?
