Open Question: foot fetish/paraphilia help please?

I'm a 24 yo male with an 3xtreme foot fetish/paraphilia. By '3xtreme' I mean that I can't get sexually aroused by anything unless it's female feet. I tried looking at traditional porn (breasts, vaginas) but it didn't do anything for me (couldn't even get slightly erect). This has become a problem as I've been in intimate situations with girls before but was never able to perform due to me not being aroused by what we were doing (kissing, fondling). Please help me, I want to be aroused by normal things so that I can have a normal relationship with a girl and not have to "find someone who's open to it". PS - please don't say anything like "you just need to find a girl who's open to it", I don't want to accomodate the fetish I want to supplement it or possibly replace it with more traditional objects of arousal
