Open Question: My boyfriend won't please me!!?

I've been with the same man for over 2 years now. We love each other, of course. When we first started dating I made him wait 3 months to kiss and 3 more to have sexual intamacy. The problem is for about a year now I have to literally beg him to have sex with me!! Now of course I please him every day or whenever he wants with blowjobs and his foot fetish but other than that, I get nothing! I have no problem with pleasing him, it doesn't seem right to me that he doesn't return the favor. When we do have sex which is about every couple months or longer, he doesn't even last long!
