Open Question: cant keep an erection during sex?????????

so im only 18 and this is kind of embarrassing. i have a girlfriend, and we dont have sex that often but when we do i cant seem to keep an erection. i can keep it fine while we are like fore playing though. i dont know what it is and i dont know what to do. i kinda have a foot and tickle fetish that she doesnt know about and idk if thats what keeping me from getting an erection. i do also masturbate often so idk if thats causing the problem either. please help i dont know what to do, and i can tell that shes getting ticked off about it.
