Default Open Question: Would these two books make good movies? (Sci/Fetish/Fantasy sort of genre) ADULTS ONLY!?

I have read both of these books - http://www.fantasticfiction.co.uk/m/...arybdis.htmAnd they're both pretty bizarre and twisted. Highly original too I thought. Haven't really read anything quite like them before. My question is - could they be made into good movies? Have a quick look at the links to read the plots. To go into slightly more detail - the women in the story (including the main character, Mina), are basically sex slaves who are kept in a sort of underwater prison, at the bottom of the sea,10,000 feet below the surface, swimming around aimlessly in a kind of bizarre human aquarium, forcibly sealed inside very vivid and colorful rubber and latex 'fish' costumes. All for the depraved voyeuristic lust of the creator of 'Project Charybdis.' Some of them are kept as stingrays, eels and mermaids too. It's pretty surreal and the books themselves are of a pretty adult nature, so I can't go into too much more detail if you know what I mean. So, in the film, who could play Mina?I have also posted this in the movies/films section.
