Open Question: foot fetish question?

I have a foot fetish that i'm not really that open with and i'm not a freak or anything but recently my friend who i have known for a while caught me looking at her socks, she then asked me if i liked her socks and i responded "yea they look nice". She then giggled and smiled at me, after that brief altercation we moved on to talking about other things... does this mean that she likes feet? how do i test to see if she is comfortable about her feet? and how could i try to get her to let me massage her feet while not seeming like a weirdo but a good friend trying to help her out?
