I have a karate student who just enrolled in my class for karate lessons he sign up for 3months and pay advance as well however, it has come to my attention that this student might have a foot fetish. I have recently had complaints from 4 of my students that this student stares at there bare feet while in lessons I have notice him looking at my feet and he seems to enjoy when i show him submission holds that have close contact with my bare feet during private karate lessons that he ask for. I feel like canceling his contract and return his money because I feel he's not into the sport of karate just to look and touch feet during lessons.Any advice is needed and helpful what should I do. By canceling the contract and refunding the money is that a breach of contract that is what I'm worry.
