Basically it's a "fetish" for some, and a woman usually stands (fullweight) on a man or woman's face with one or two feet on his/her face. The nose is flattened, and depending on how long they are standing, either they will pass out or end up with a very wide nose for a minute or 2. I kind of want to try this, and have a woman stand on mine. I have posted an ad on Craigslist and got a reply. Not sure what to do now, since it IS kind of weird and non-mainstream. Luckily I'm Asian, so my nose is kind of flat already, and I'm not too worried of having it being even flatter.
