I believe Mark Clark is still seeking damage royalties from that \"incident\" back in '92. I have to admit, that witnessing you and his friend in action was quite appalling at the time. But not so appalling to merit mental damages and stomach ulcers 13 years later... well perhaps the merit is there for those who were close friends with your victim.
