soo when i have sex with my girlfriend i am able to keep an erection during foreplay but when it comes to actually having sex, i lose my erection and cant keep it. ive come to the conclusion that i have sexual performance anxiety.i just wanna get over it so i can please my girlfriend because i really like her and i dont want anything to happen just because i cant keep an erection. i recently told her about these weird little foot and tickle fetish i had and she took it very well surprisingly so yea, idk if that helps but anyone know how i can get over this?
