I am a male in my 50's and have enjoyed a very active sex life. Recently, my PSA was up and my urologist did a biopsy which was negative (no cancer found). I have always enjoyed having women restrain me and tease me with handjobs/footjobs/blowjobs and it has always been intensified by a finger teasing my prostate. Now that I have an enlarged prostate, is this still safe? I KNOW I should ask my urologist, but it's a VERY weird thing to reveal to someone you will be seeing every 6 months to a year for follow-up. If I could get some documentable advice here, I'd MUCh appreciate it.
