I have one and have had one for a long time. None of my friends or family know at all. It isn't severe to the point where I can't easily hide it. We have sex and have done oral sex and everything and I get plenty of pleasure out of that like a normal person, but part of me wishes she knew just so I could know if that attracts her at all, because it would be amazing if that dimension of sexual action were added to our relationship. I know we have a very solid relationship so it isn't like she would break up with me over it, but I am just afraid she wouldn't exactly look at me the same as far as sexual things go. Is there a way to maybe do it subtly to where maybe it would just come up? Either way I love her enough to go without ever doing anything like that.
