Default Open Question: Why is it that, if you masturbate over something that is wrong to you in some way, there is no orgasm...?

The "physical" stuff still takes place, but there is no "explosion" emotionally... See, as an experiment - I decided to see if I could find a high heel arousing, just a normal, black high heel - no foot in it or anything - nothing remotely sexy about it. ( and before anyone says it, yes, I did also try it with a high heel known to be appealing to men with a foot/boot/shoe fetish) I went through the physical aspects, to the conclusion...but I felt no charge, no arousal, and no orgasm...it was just like going to the toilet... Psychologically, why is this? It felt "wrong" on some level, a deep level - but then why didn't this stop the various muscles working in a sexual manner?... To Tony B: No, I'm always professional with questions like this.
