Helena does a commercial flash back from the eighties (ie. the "brain on drugs commercial"). She says "This is your face... these are my feet on your face... Any questions?" After her verbiage in the commercial skit she decides to give you a close-up view of the bottoms of her feet. She flexes them up and down on the step stool while you watch underneath! She steps and flexes hard as if it is your face she is stepping on. After all, she has to live up to her lines in the commercial skit!
