Seriously, when you do an insert of a bare foot, especially the bottom, you have to get the camera down low on a high hat, you have to light it which means inverting c-stand arms or setting lights way down on turtle stands, you have to invite the makeup artist in to put makeup on the foot, the actress has to pose that foot in the exact way to catch the light and get into the shot right... Why would anybody go through all this for one little insert of a foot if he didn't have a foot fetish, and why would he think anyone would think any less of him if he were to come out and admit it?
