Open Question: What is it I should do?

Right before I started dating my boyfriend, he screwed around with his brothers fiance. I found out a bit later on down the line. She does not know I know. He admitted it to me after his other brothers girlfriend told me, he told her. My man has a foot thing. When ever she knew we were gonna be out she would wear fetish type shoes. She then proceeded to invite us over to martha stewart it up. I told her I was still unsettled with what I had heard went on between her and my boyfriend. She denied it to the point it was crazy!! Since then when i see her or talk to her she will do things like smell her feet. (my guys thing). One time i mentioned how he groomed his body hair, and she said, "oh i know." i don't think she realized she said it. Mind you her husband does not know. She was married before him, and was cheating on her then husband with the on she is with now. And when engaged to my boyfriends brother would go out to the car at lunch blow some lines and give my boyfriend a foot job or whatever. Can i tell u, i am losing my mind!! I want her karma to get her back, worse than that I want my boyfriend to get his karma back too! My head is spinning. any advice?
