Open Question: How should I be reacting to my friends foot fetish?

my best mate like built up the courage to tell me he liked feet, and asked if he could play with mine... i didn't mind because it just doesn't seem weird to me because he is who he is. He was just like massaging my feet and then kinda kissed and licked one... I'm fine with it, but i just don't know if i should be encouraging it? i love him to pieces and accept him for who he is, but i don't wanna encourage it if it's not good for him? I know it's not like harmful to me or him, i just don't wanna hurt him. If he was to get into a relationship with someone I don't want him to think that as it's okay with me, it'll be okay with them? kinda thing? i love him a lot and don't wanna see him get hurt
