Open Question: Should me and my husband be concern?

A brother of one of our friends let us borrow his 2009 Nissan 370z while we waited for a car rental. In that time that we where using his car we found out he had a foot fetish which might explain he let us use his car because where constant barefooters and my husband being a martial arts instructor he's barefoot or with flip flops. Anyway we called him for him to get his car it's been 3 weeks now and he hasn't been by to get his car my husband says if he doesn't want to get it is his problem what should we do and we heard a rumor from someone saying that he likes knowing that his car is with barefoot people should this comment scare us or what need advice never been in this strange crazy situation with a foot freak.
