Open Question: Should I Dump him?

We have been together for 2 years… And in that time I found out that he has a foot fetish and wants to be a slave. I tried my best to satisfy he him… Took care of my feet…. Tried to be dominatrix…but it seems nothing working… every morning he sits on the computer and downloads his fetish and Femdom pictures. Every morning he visits his fake profiles on internet asking girls to be his mistress…I caught him doing that a month ago that was a 3rd time that I caught him… He promised me that he is so over doing that…I tried to believe him…. But Yesterday I found another phone card with lot of girls numbers and girls porn pictures, and lots of messages that he wants to be a slave and how they’ll will do that…And his telling me that he never met any of those women, that is just a text game for him to get throw the day at work. And he’s telling that He won’t do that again. So should I dump him?
