Open Question: SERIOUS QUESTION!!!!HELP!?

Okay so i have a brother who is obsessed with eating other peoples nails(toenails, fingernails,etc.) does this mean he has a fetish? also last night i woke up to him at the foot of my bed eating my toe nails with out my permission. does this mean he is sexually attracted to me? and what about my younger brother? I also see him staring at my nails with a somewhat sexual face. what does this mean??? HELP!!! I don't think he has a foot fetish but a nail fetish. hes had one ever since we were kids... this is the first time hes done it without my permission though and he doesn't seem to get sick from it either. Is he just get embarrassed or is he too embarrassed to ask me? and can he get one of those things in his stomach that you have to get removed because you cant digest it?
