Open Question: Is it safe to tell your girlfriend if you have a fetish without a high chance of breakup?

How do I tell a girl I have a crush fetish? Please don't bash; it wasn't something I chose to have. It's an extension of my foot fetish. Also, I'm NOT into anything illegal.
