Open Question: Why can't he accept me for who I am?
 

OK, I like him and I'm pretty sure that he likes me as well; and 26 years later I have come to accept myself, my completely underplayed beauty. I don't wear tonnes of makeup nor do I dress over the top sexy. But I think that I am beautiful none the less and he thinks so as well - well he used to.Now he's talking about how much more beautiful I would be if I wore sexier shoes (he has a foot fetish by the way, but he loved my shoes before - well just last week even) he wants me to completely change myself and actively try to be as sexy as possible. So my question is this - 'Why do I have to lose myself to get him? or am I being silly and change is good and necessary for growth.Why can't he accept me as i am - why do I have to change (he keeps saying that I will like the change as well.
