Open Question: this guy is using my pics on his fetish website to make money I didn't sign a release?
 

This photographer gave us the impression he was using us for advertising and commercial purposes. He is actually posting them in a foot fetish site. I never sign a release and I didn't really understand what his intentions were, until I saw the site, what should/can ( if anything) i do about it?
