Open Question: Foot fetish?
 

Two day ago, I found my nephew smelling my feet when I was spleeping.He said he's not gay, just a foot fetishist. He beg me not tell his parents. Both of them are really conservartive and strict. His father is a militar and don't like gay people.I don't know what to do. I'm really desperate. Should I tell my sister and his husband that his son has male foot fetish? If I tell I could ruin their relationship? If don't I betraying my sister and denying the chance to cure him?He says he's not gay ... but how could someone be straight and like guys feet at the same time?(sorry for my terrible English, it's not my motherTongue)
