Open Question: I'm Worried About My Little Brother - What Should I Do?
 

I'm almost positive that my little brother (he's 14 years old) has a foot fetish. I'm a little worried about it actually, do you think I should talk to him about, or should I tell our parents? I guess I don't fully understand what a socked / foot fetish is, could someone please explain it to me?
