Resolved Question: Why do some people have a feet tickling fetish?
 

Is it because they themselves enjoy a good tickle or is it the person being tickled that gives them pleasure? Or a bit of both?I admit, I kinda like tickling myself but I don't get any sexual pleasure from it.
