Open Question: Why does he always stare at me?
 

This kid I sit across from in my english class always seems to be staring at either my feet or legs, its hard to tell. Yesterday i wore shorts and every time i looked up at him he would be looking down in that area. Even when i wear pants he'll generally just look at my legs for some reason. Im not saying he has a foot fetish or anything, but why would he do this? Sometimes I'll look up and catch him looking at me and make eye contact for a few quick seconds. We've said a few words to each other in the past, but not much. Could he have a slight crush on me, or just enjoy looking there for some reason? Also hes not some kind of creep lol
