Open Question: What are gross ways to torture without feet?
 

I'm asking this question for my sister, she doesn't have a yahoo account. So anyway, my sister wants to get back at my little brother. She wants to do something gross to him, but he has a foot fetish so it can't involve feet. Any suggestions? Her exact words she just told me were "I want it to be long lasting, so it's like torture" he's 12, she's 14
