Open Question: How do I stop masturbating?
 

Since I started masturbating when I was about 14/15, I've been doing so regularly, & now that I'm 18, I believe it's time I should make an effort to 'quit'.The habit's bugged me for a long while, & if I see even the smallest thing that could link me to porn, I'll go away & start... I have a foot fetish, so I see feet a lot & this leads me to porn. Even talking dirty makes me want to masturbate. Also, is there any way I can prevent myself from watching porn?I have a very strong will in all aspects of life, but with masturbation, it's a totally different story. I want to stop because I am straining my elbows & am coming to realise it's had long-term/kn0ck-on affects on my body. I don't want to keep doing it cos "there's nothing wrong with it, & it feels good", so please don't suggest that.PS. I'm not ugly, nor do I struggle with getting on with girls. So getting laid isn't hard for me (I've been offered/asked on occassions). It's just that I believe in c3lebacy.Any sensible answers are appreciated. Thanks
