Apparently this businessman was caught cheating and is blackmailed into licking this asian woman's feet. She is dark of skin and has an accent. I can even quote the video a bit. At one point she says "I want you to get on your knees. And have a little chat with my feet." As he licks her feet he says "this is humiliating. It's dirty, your feet" she laughs and says "I know!"
