Open Question: Never had a girlfriend, this is starting to bother me... help?
 

I needed to vent this out, so sorry for the length. I'm 18 years old, and I've never kissed a girl and never had a girlfriend. I hung out with a girl like once, but that's cause she asked for my number. And I felt super shy and uncomfortable and she never talked to me after that. Girls on the internet (streamzoo, it's like a social networking website with just pictures) have told me I'm cute. And some girls I used to talk to even told me I'm cute, and really funny. I have social anxiety though so making friends is kind of difficult, let alone female friends. Lately I've been really bothered by the fact I've never had a girlfriend. There's always times where I'm super bored, tonight for example, and I always think "it'd be nice if I had a girl to go out and just walk around with right now..". Even worse, I kind of have a foot fetish (I honestly can't help it. I really wish I could, but I can't) so I'm picky, which doesn't really mean much since I don't really talk to girls anyway. Everyone that's gotten to know me tells me I'm hilarious, and whenever I talk to people about talking to girls, they say "just do it man". It sucks because since I have social anxiety, approaching ANYONE is a difficult task for me, so I don't know what to do. Is anyone else on the same boat as me? I start classes next week, maybe they'll be a nice girl that'll approach me
