Open Question: How do you get your mother or stepmother to literally trample you?
 

I'm not asking this because I want to, I'm asking this just in case someone has a fetish for his mom's or step mom's feet and wants her to trample him(barefoot, heels, nylons, flip flops, pantyhose) and wants to look it up.
