Open Question: What can I say to my brother to ask him to stop?
 

My little brother has the biggest foot fetish. He is 12 and I'm 16. When my friends come by he ask to play with their feet or toes. I always find it funny when they tease him with their feet but it does get annoying and weird. Do you think he is growing up?
