Open Question: does this guy sound creepy?
 

i met this guy on the trolley and he asked for my number but i don't give it out so he gave me his. i thought he was pretty cute so i decided to text him. After a little while of texting he started talking about massaging my feet (i know its probably a foot fetish), but after he kept talking about my feet i felt uncomfortable told him i thought it was weird but he kept doing it. so eventually i told him i was moving and was not going to have the same phone, but he kept texting "hey" like 2 times a week even though i didn't answer. is this guy creepy? am i just over-exaggerating? what would you do if you were me? thanks in advance for your answers!
