Open Question: what to do about paranoia ?
 

I don't trust almost no one just my mother but start don't trust her to I think they put something in my food I stalk others always check my car 10 times and afraid get aids or cancer I always check is there are no syringe somewhere for hours and I have other paranoia's that drive me insane... I even wash hands 10 times and I have high depression but that not a problem the problem is several fears I don't know how to deal with this I start don't afraid of some fear another comes in months ;( and I'm necrophiliac feet fetish and more... but don't care about sex at all... do you think I need go to psycholog ?
