Resolved Question: Advise on my confession and how to overcome it?
 

I am having a evil time trying to stop thinking about something I done. I went into a girls room and masturbated to her sandals I am deeply ashamed but could not resist. I can not tell anyone its impossible. I have a foot shoe fetish I read it is common but has anybody else done what I done. I can't see a psychologist I could not do it. The thoughts keep repeating themselves, how can stop the thought pattern. Thanks.
