Open Question: Does my Cockatiel have a foot fetish?
 

If im sitting down with my cockatiel, he will crawl down my leg, to my foot, put his head between my toes and start signing, also if my feet are up, he will walk back and forth across my toes making a clicking noise..Is he special?
