I'm 19 and theres this 20 year old girl i see everyday at the library and shes beautiful I mean gorgeous. Shes usually not talking to anyone but Im afraid of going up to and starting a conversation. I dont want to seem like a creep u know, any advice on what i should do. In addition I have a foot fetish that hasnt yet been fulfilled. how should i approach this girl? besides fulfilling my fetish i want someone to talk to and call my own. i'm a really nice guy and treat everyone with respect once they earn it.
