Open Question: POLL: My sister and my foot fettish?

I have a sister and I have a foot fetish, and they’ve combined in an uncomfortable way. She seems completely unaware that I get off on her feet; she routinely walks around without socks, puts her feet in my lap while we’re sitting on the couch, etc. With increasing frequency, I actually give her foot massages. She thinks I’m just being a loving brother (I am) when I do this, but I think the rest of the picture is lost on her. What’s worse is that it’s kind of hard to hide an erection when I’m giving her them, lol. So how do I keep this from being an issue? I really do love my sister and she’s my closest friend, so I don’t want to damage our relationship. Still, I can’t exactly just make these feelings go away.
