Open Question: Is this normal for a 16 year old guy?

I've asked this already, but I've gotten lots of different answers. If you've already answered, you don't have to post again, but it wouldn't hurt if you wanted to. I'm 16 years old and I think I have a foot fetish. Is this normal to want to massage a girl's feet? How do you think a girl would see it? If I wanted to...for the lack of a better word, indulge in my fetish, how would you recommend doing that without seeming stupid?
