New Guy at Work
this new guy at work has only been there for about 2weeks, he got comfortable with the people there pretty fast. He is very open about his life which is ok. Whereas, I don't really like to talk about my personal life to my collegues I just don't feel the need to "business is business" I keep it mostly superficial. That being said they definately don't know I like feet. But I have noticed that this new guy might also like feet. This would normally be fine but he is a kind of loud mouth abnoxious type. He has even started to make comments to the female employees about their feet. He has said things such as "why do some women become shy whenever I mention there feet?" I couldent belive my ears when I heard this, I pretended that I didn't hear what was said while listening intently to her response. She just shrugged it off and didn't give a response.
That was the first occasion. ON THAT SAME DAY. I heard him jokingly tell another female while looking at her feet, "no wonder it smells bad in here you are wearing opened toed shoes." to this she replied my feet don't smell I keep them very clean. And I belive her, her feet are alright looking no toe nail polish ever! and she is very clean herself. She is one of those natural beuties no make up no perfume. I have smelled her hair before, I know this might seem contradictory to what I am saying but I only did this because one of our collegues(female) insisted, smelling hair is not really my thing. I think we were talking about shampoo or something, anyway her hair smelled very nice but all I could think of was I bet her feet are very clean. I would love to find out how clean her feet smell. I could imagine a very soft hint of cheese That would be the wholy grail of feet for me rightnow. This pissed me off not only will this make people self conscious about there feet they might even become bothered and stop wearing revealing shoes The situation before he got there with respect to feet was just fine. I got to see alot of careless dangling, the slip in and out, and many other carefree foot related gestures. I was flying safely cloaked under the radar. What do you guys think I should do? The good news is I think this guy might only be temporary. Its too bad though we get along fine. If he could only keep his mouth shut. |

Not sure ead
Not sure what you should do with this guy ead. But, I do agree with you that he will ruin all the fun by being a loud big mouth. Sounds like you should confront him and tell hin to keep his big mouth shut.

Hmm, the loud mouths in office space. Sometimes people like that want to be noticed for saying things like that, but it sounds somewhat high school-ish. If need be just tell him to take the train to Shutty town and see if he stops. That is if the guy is still there or has said anything ever since.

My co-worker showed me her mani/PEDI the other day
The guy still works there and I have not heard him say anything about feet since; keep in mind we work very different schedules though.
Most of the women I work with are taken, so I don't try anything with them. But just the other day the above mentioned co-worker showed me her mani/pedi, of course I didn't care about her mani. Its always nice to when a woman expects you to look down at her feet in that way As a matter of fact she had a french tip with no color or that clear gloss crap and I told her it looks nice but most guys, myself included prefer some color on there. I told her that the best colors were orange, pink or a light purple. I hate that transparent gloss crap what a sham. |
