Ok, this is the current debate in my house and it's getting ridiculous. I work in a office setting with several co-workers most of them men. My boss is a decade older than I and looks like a troll. Not that it would matter in the least because I'm happily married 13 years and love my husband with all my heart. However, it's a known fact (don't ask how, long story) my boss has a foot fetish. All my life I have taken great pride in my feet. They are sexy and I always keep them well pedicured, toes painted and have always worn open-toed, or very strappy revealing heels. That's what I like to wear, feel the most confident in and have always worn. My husband seems to think that I'm enticing my boss by wearing these kinds of shoes daily and that sooner or later I am asking for trouble. My boss has complimented me on my shoes in the past and remarked on the pretty colors I paint my toes but has never been inappropriate or more forward for that. So should I have to cover up my pretty tootsies because my husband is right? Or is he just making a big issue out of nothing. For the record, if my boss ever did say anything off color I'd tell him to take a hike..so isn't like I couldn't handle myself! He isn't being a jerk about it, and I know he is just looking out for me. What he means by 'trouble' is that he never wants my boss to say something that would be really outlandish..like ask to massage my feet or something..lol. Sounds crazy but stranger things have happened. What's REALLY funny is I'm at work while I'm typing this and my boss just walked by and said 'Love the blue toenails Ashley!'...LOL
