Open Question: My d0g has a foot fetish! How do I stop it?

How do I stop my mini aussie from licking our feet? My mini aussie has a licking foot fetish and cannot get him to stop! I know d0gs can sense when something is unhealthy on a human but he seriously likes to lick and lick my husband's as well as my feet after we tell him "no"! He will then stand in front of our feet with his head drooped down staring/fixating on our feet and licking at the air. What can I do? How can I stop it? Is he just a healer? The only time we are barefoot is after we sh0wer to relax for the evening before bed. We try to coax him with toys, treats, etc. He will do those for a bit but immediately comes back to the feet. Sometimes he won't even acknowledge the treats or toys.
