Open Question: My d0g keeps biting, how to make her stop?

My 9 week old terrier puppy keeps biting everyone & she seems to have a fetish with biting feet. She's also very hyper active.I've given her things to teeth on but she still bites everyone, if you try to stroke her she bites, if you pick her up, she tries to bite & scratch you.She's also very hard to train so i often do hit her (not hard, just a shove or tap on the nose)
