Default Open Question: My boyfriend broke up with me because he feels nothing?

My boyfriend broke up with me 9 days ago. He said he was very proud about what we had but that it was over, to leave him alone. We had been arguing a lot recently (once per week, sometimes more). Our main arguments were because of sex (we only had sex once per month) and his foot fetish (which made him ask other girls to show him their feet on the webcam). I even got to the point where I ordered him to erase all the girls he had on skype, because I was pissed off with everything. He told his mother he "had loved me a lot but that he was tired". His mother told me that he looks very well, happy and free. His friends say the same. They also say he never mentions me. The only thing he said to his friends was to "never give me any kind of personal information about him". He deleted me on msn, skype, cellphone, facebook and all the videogames we played together. He is the kind of person who never leaves his house, constantly plays videogames, doesn't hang out at night, etc. With me, he had a reason to leave the house, started studying a lot more because he wanted me to feel proud for him and overall, I think I made him a lot better person. He kept thanking me each day we were together, saying that I was the best thing that happened to him. His mother told me "have you thought that maybe you loved him a lot more than he loved you?".I know I have to move on. This was my first serious relationship. I am 19, he is 23. We lost our virginity to each other. We changed each other a lot. A part of me believes he will regret his decision but, if he feels nothing for me, then feelings won't magically re-appear, am I right? What is the best advice you can give to someone in this situation? We were together for one year.
