Open Question: Is there any hope for Kansas City and the foot fetish scene?

I cannot find any females here in Kansas City, MO/KS who even give the time of day to a guy with a foot fetish. Usually, it's a passive yet disgusted answer or reaction which pisses me off. It's a normal thing now is it not? Have they never heard of such a thing yet?Please tell me there is hope for the guys here with foot fetishes... are you out there ladies?Please tell me what you think even if you aren't from the KC area and just have a comment on this.
