Open Question: Hmm what should I do?

Well I'm 13; I'm a male. I have been texting this girl recently that lives by me, I like her alot. She wants me to visit her this summer, even though she has this online boyfriend that lives 500 miles away from her that she "supposedly" loves online. But I don't believe one part of it; since she flirts with me on the phone 50% of the time. I do like her alot though, she also said she's okay with me having a foot fetish. I really like this girl alot, but I just don't know what to tell her about my feelings for her. Suggestions?
